New business hours and ordering process

Mr. Legault announced the opening of retail businesses and stores with exterior entrances from May 4. Despite this announcement, Vrac dans l’Sac will keep the same operating mode with telephone orders. We want to see how the deconfinement is going to happen. We will continue to prepare orders for you. We assess the situation regularly and will keep you informed of any changes.

Please note that following the latest recommendations from the Government of Quebec, the grocery store will be closed on Sundays.

Procedure for placing an order

By telephone

You can place your orders by phone at 450-248-0222 from Tuesday to Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. You have until 4 p.m. to pick it up.

By email

In addition to telephone orders, Vrac dans l’Sac can also take your orders by email, here is the procedure:

  • Write to: info@vracdanslsac.ca
  • Subject/subject: Email order
    !Important so that we can see your email quickly because we will sort by subject!!
  • Your contact details: name and phone number

Your products will be put in brown paper bags that go to the compost. It is important to be precise in your requests, for example: shredded almond or stick or raw or tamarind, ect … with the quantity in grams or in cups.

For soaps, you must leave your containers with us. We will disinfect them, fill them and call you for payment and to arrange for you to collect them.

For fresh products, example: tofu, cheese, ketshup, etc … we can fill our returnable jars. The cost is $ 1 and you will recover this amount by bringing it back to us.

N.B. Do not forget to tell us if you are bringing returnable pots so that we can deduct them from the invoice because we have no paper money.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you for payment by credit only and to arrange for you to pick up your order at the grocery store.

Free delivery

A new service was introduced during the Covid-19 period, namely free delivery for the Bedford area. Deliveries are made on Wednesday afternoons with an order of $ 25 or more.
